    I recently looked at some software for compiling an online store for a friend. It was by a company called Actinic. The software itself was a doddle to use and they were advertising a plugin to allow MP3 downloads. Not the cheapest option but well worth a look!

    wow, i'm sitting here in my local library reviewing some of my mail, and i see an e-mail from the performing group that i saw the unit with.

    This a very freakish happening and pretty soon i should know what it was, if anyone even cares

    About 78 -80 somewhere in there? The engineer was a pratt. He couldn't give a toss about us. All he was interested in was mixing his own bands recordings. We arrived and set up. Played through the song we had chosen (Mine) This dickhead came out and said we had to make it shorter! ;) This took about an hour! Every time we did something, he came out and complained it was too loud or too quiet.

    Put me off studio's for life! Never been in one since.

    Can't say I've been on any kind of diet, though. Quite a lot of beer - that might be it?

    I don't remember where I read it, but David Bowie said that in the future recorded music is going to be free, just for promo. musicians are going to earn their bucks playing live.

    I don't think that there's enough places to play for all musicians...

    I heard Bryan Adams in an interview once. He was asked about the internet and p2p file sharing. He said he didn't care about people sharing his music on p2p. He said that he earned enough money touring!
