been a while since i posted in my blog (shame on me), i figured it was about time. while i'm here i'll ask a question: how much of your music is your own personal therapy? ok maybe one more : how much of yourself, your feelings, do you put into your songs? i ask cos i always put a lot of my personal feelings in my work. i lay it on the line. put myself out there. when i look around most writing is about either non-emotive issues, or at least not challenging in any way. they lack the meat to the bone (often the bone too). if they do deal with emotive issues they tend to be about those issues at arm's length. you know, happening to someone else, or lacking that personal response or reaction. are writers afraid of expressing themselves? more afraid of expressing themselves because of the fear of rejection? because it makes them feel weak? maybe it's just me.

nice pic, though I have seen headstock end-on pictures like this, in fact I have some of my own. your pic is a lot better than mine tho! right now your image is a photo, not really a complete cover. do you have any full cover mock ups? (i guess the text on the pic is just a watermark)

i'm self taught on guitar, but i did that on the back of having lessons on other instruments. i'd go for a few lessons with a teacher that teaches the styles you are interested in, and then get the odd lesson from time to time.

contact the copyright owner/administrator and ask for permission. usually that is the publisher. venues have to pay money for performance to performance rights societies who then distribute money to members. are you planning on recording these songs or just performing them?

i guess you didn't take my advice about your download speed or page content. believe me the issues i raised were far more critical than the actual graphics. here's the speed report on this page: speed report "you can lead a horse to water..." lol

should say that the chances are you're using the wrong way to address the programs. some synths use bank select, some don't. some have 4 banks, others 2. Also program numbering can be different.
